Services

BH Birmingham Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney work, tuckpointing, stone patios, retaining walls, and related construction services. All services are performed in accordance with applicable local building codes and industry standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions found during work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as allowed by Alabama law.

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving your invoice. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues promptly and fairly.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete work according to the agreed schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, unforeseen site conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays are expected.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to keep pets and children away from the job site for safety reasons. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.

Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on both labor and materials as specified in your contract. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of work performed. Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing with a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will inspect the work and determine if repairs are covered under warranty.

Liability

BH Birmingham Masonry is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property during our work, we will repair or compensate you as appropriate under our insurance policy.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
